Ans: When the rain goes up from the land and seas, it changes its form to vapor. It again becomes cloud in the skies. Finally it comes down in its visible form as water droplets. In all these changes the rain retains it essence of water. It is the water which became vapour, clouds and finally rain. Hence, the rain changes altogether but still remains the same.
